¨      Defence Construction Canada - Evaluation of feasibility studies as part of Energy Performance Contracts at two Canadian Forces Bases.

¨      Town of Perth, Ontario - For this ‘Green Community’ project, developed Request for Proposal for the town’s Energy Performance Contract, evaluated proposals, negotiated contract and reviewed Feasibility Study.  Ongoing.

¨      Toronto Housing Company - Reviewed a pilot Energy Performance Contract after the installation of retrofits was completed.  Reviewed savings on behalf of client and advised on contractual arrangements.

¨      RCMP Winnipeg - On behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) prepared Request for Proposal for Energy Performance Contract.

¨      Canada Customs and Revenue Agency - On behalf of NRCan prepared report on potential energy savings at border crossing facilities, detailed analyses of several facilities and prepared a Request for Proposal.  Ongoing.

¨      Parks Canada, Banff - On behalf of NRCan, prepared Request for Proposal for an Energy Performance Contract, assisted during proposal call stage and proposal evaluation.  Ongoing.

¨      Federation of Canadian Municipalities - Developed a set of model documents to be used by member municipalities for Energy Performance Contracts, including Request for Proposal, third-party support documents and the contract itself.

¨      Halifax Regional Municipality - Providing consultant assistance for establishment of an Energy Performance Contract.  At the Request for Proposal stage.  Ongoing.
